This year, the SEA team worked to grow eco friendly plants, lobby for local green bills, and made the High School much more environmentally friendly and sustainable.
Introducing recycling to Weston
We create plastic recycling cans and distributed it around the High School so that we can recycle some of our large plastic usage.
Lobbying for local change
We lobbied our local representative Alice Peisch, and pushed for climate education.
Created climate friendly greenhouse
We created Weston High School’s first greenhouse, creating letus that went towards the school salad lunch for a week.
